The New York web-based company Squarespace is setting up its European, Middle East and Africa Headquarters here.
The company is a website publishing platform that allows users to create professional blogs, web pages, stores, and galleries.
Chief Operations Officer of Squarespace Jesse Hertzberg explains the main reason why they chose Ireland. ”We hire and staff based on personality – and the Irish are famous for being gregarious and friendly and warm and welcoming which is everything we’ve seen since we got here” he said. ”And that is the number one reason why we picked Ireland” he added.
